An ERA practitioner guiding a client through a Charge Work session

Make extraordinary sessions your new standard.

We teach therapists, coaches and facilitators how to work with emotions, so a client who has seen four therapists says this was the first session where anything happened in their body.

Where you stand

You're a therapist, coach or healer that takes clients further than most in your field.

Loyal clients, real results, people who stay for years and send you their friends.

You know the difference between a client who feels better and a client who has changed, and you have never once been willing to call ‘I feel better now’ a satisfying result.

That standard is what made you successful. It is also why you are reading this.

You are allowed to want more than that.

You are allowed to want the session people talk about for a decade. The one where forty years of held anger leaves a body while you confidently sit beside it.

You are allowed to be the practitioner other practitioners send their people to.

The standard

Charge Work sets a new standard for your practice.

You become the practitioner who knows exactly what to do when anger, grief, shame and other emotions enter the sessions.

Your clients leave with the kind of result they talk about at dinner, in voice notes, and to the friend who has been looking for someone like you for years.

Your inbox starts filling with messages that begin, “Three people told me I needed to work with you.”

You made the shift from occasional breakthrough to a clear Charge Work process you can lead whenever the client is ready.

Your practice begins carrying the energy of something new:

not another version of emotional support, but a different standard for what emotional work can become.

Emotions & the body become the doorways that make your practice visible, memorable, and impossible to confuse with ordinary coaching or therapy. Your name enters conversations with a sentence attached to it: “Go to her. She knows how to work with what is underneath all of this.”

A practitioner’s story

Lisa has new clients come into her practice every week, and she needs to find a bigger room for her workshops.

Before the training, Lisa already had years of practice behind her — yoga trainings, women's embodiment work, 1:1 work.

She joined Level 1 not knowing if she had the time or the money for it. A year later, she's in her own therapy room, and her workshop has outgrown the space she used to hold it in.

“Now, when clients come to my room, they just sit down on the couch, start talking, and they cry. It's like magic.”

A client who'd done years of vipassana still couldn't get into her emotions. She was saying “STOP IT” for the first time in her life. Afterwards, she shared it was the first time in her life she was not in her head, just in her body, saying “It is unbelievable that it's possible without substances.”

“What was before a red flag for me is now the gold. I can see the client's subconscious trusting so much that this can come up, and we can work with it. Now I'm sitting in my own therapy room. If you had told me that one year ago, I would have said no, that's not possible.I have clients here regularly, and I don't put any pressure on them — they're coming back naturally. That really changed. My workshop room is getting too small. It's the first time I'm renting a new room, because my Emotional Release workshop is getting too big.”

The Gap

What you call nervous system regulation may trap your clients in emotional avoidance.

The healing industry has become exceptionally good at helping people understand the prison while leaving their body inside it.

Somewhere along the way, emotions became a nervous-system problem.

You were taught how to protect a client from overwhelm.

You were rarely taught how to recognise the moment expressing emotions is no longer danger, but the body recovering access to a truth it was forced to repress.

For the client who has spent eleven years adapting to a toxic relationship, hiding their shame at work, and carrying grief in their lungs, an emotional release may be the first healthy response their body has produced in years.

A nervous system that cannot mobilise anger cannot fully protect love, dignity, time, or the person living inside it.

You can already feel that Charge Work is the next frontier of your work.

The problem is that the field treats emotions as something that needs to be healed.

But the key is to not heal the emotions, inner children, burdened parts and nervous systems.

It’s healing the relationship we have with them.

Your sensitivity already lets you feel what is happening beneath the words.

Now you build the skill to work directly with what you can already sense.

Rania, psychotherapist and IFS practitioner

From insight to emotion

Rania began creating breakthroughs her clinical training had never taught her how to reach.

As a psychotherapist with IFS experience, Rania quickly began taking clients beyond insight and into the emotional process underneath it.

“She came in angry with her brother-in-law… I asked if she’d like to have a Phantom Dialogue with him.”
“That dialogue with the brother-in-law ended up being the dialogue with her mother.”
“That cleared up the anger and the rumination.”

The training

Twelve weeks of Charge Work expands what’s possible in every session you lead.

You learn to recognise the moment a client is ready to go deeper into their body and know exactly how to navigate it.

A client tells you something in ten minutes they have never told another practitioner.

A familiar story suddenly opens into the emotion they have spent years talking around.

A client reaches the person they needed to speak to twenty years ago and finally says what was never said.

The craft

Create the depth clients come back for

Heart State, Dropping In, Equalizing, Defining and Resourcing give you the foundation to create sessions where clients trust you enough to go somewhere new.

The Emotional Release Breath becomes a precise facilitation tool for deepening an embodied process, increasing awareness or helping a client regain stability when the work intensifies.

Conversions, Phantom Dialogue, the Doorway Approach and many other techniques give you ways to take a session beyond insight and into the somatic dimension that actually changes the direction of the session.

Parts Work and Bodymapping help you recognise what patterns are protecting the client, what it is protecting, and where the session can go next.

Somatic Resonance sharpens the intuition you already bring into the room until you can act on it with far greater confidence and precision.

A weekly rhythm of self-study and live calls teachings, live practice, group shadow work and guest teachers — mean you repeatedly watch the work happen, practise it yourself and learn how to guide it in real time.

You leave able to lead sessions where you know exactly how to guide the client into their body, into their emotions, so your practice holds the depth you know it can.

You get to guide a process from the first real shift to a place that feels complete, meaningful and integrated.

And where clients leave feeling settled enough to enjoy the stillness that follows a process that has truly completed.

Lisa, bodyworker of 20+ years

A premium practice

Lisa turned decades of bodywork into a premium Charge Work practice.

After almost 30 years across healing modalities and famous teachers, Lisa still felt something was missing.

ERA gave her a way to work with the emotional layer underneath what clients were already bringing into her bodywork practice, and helped her expand into premium Emotional Release Journeys.

“There’s always been a missing piece, even though I was working with famous teachers.”
“There is nothing that therapy all on its own is gonna get you that this isn’t gonna get you deeper into.”

Who this is for

Built for practitioners who already go deep.

bodyworkers

such as massage therapists, TRE practitioners, manual therapists and fascial workers who want to recognise when physical work is opening into an emotional process and know how to guide what happens next.

breathwork facilitators

who already know how quickly breath can open a process and want more precision for working with the emotion, imagery and unfinished material that emerges.

psychotherapists

who can help clients understand the pattern and want the skill to bring that understanding into a deeper emotional experience inside the session.

holistic health experts

who already work across multiple dimensions of wellbeing and want a clear method for working directly with emotional charge.

coaches and facilitators

who already create meaningful transformation and want the body and emotions to become a much more active part of the work.

Michel facilitating a session

One month in

“The first session I gave, I felt so much confidence and so much heart-state energy, after only 1 month. Really having this trust in my own intuition — really feeling that I am capable of holding space for someone else with this method.”
— Michel, IFS practitioner

The cost

What another year without this can cost

The cost is leaving that level of work to chance.

It is the client who reaches something important and the session ends before you know how to take it further.

It is another year of relying on instinct where you want more precision, structure and confidence.

It is another year where the depth of your work is not yet reflected in your pricing, positioning or the clients who seek you out.

And it is another year building alone, without a room of practitioners who speak the same language, understand the work and are growing beside you.

Because mastery compounds faster when you are surrounded by people who are committed to the same standard.

Your best work should not stay exceptional. It should become the standard you are known for.

Carla, Gestalt therapist

Safety within weeks

Within weeks, Carla experienced a depth she had not reached in years of professional training.

Carla entered ERA while already deep into a three-year Gestalt Therapy training.

Within the first weeks, she felt safer and more able to show herself vulnerably than she had in years elsewhere.

“One thing that struck me in this training is how safe I felt in this group after just the first week of calls.”
“This has never happened to me before.”
“I have to keep pinching myself to remind myself that it’s real. This container is pure magic.”

Ashley Velvet Frost

At twenty-three, I was running a team, training six days a week and convinced I was thriving.

Then my body collapsed.

For the next eighteen months, I slept up to sixteen hours a day, lived with debilitating symptoms and repeatedly heard the same answer from hospitals: nothing is wrong.

Everything changed during my first Charge Work session.

A practitioner guided me toward the pain in my body and forty minutes of grief, anger, fear and pressure began moving through me.

For the first time, somebody treated my body as though it knew what it was doing.

I followed that experience into years of training, retreats, breathwork and facilitation.

I began running free groups in Amsterdam, taught breathwork inside Nike, built workshops and retreats, and eventually created a practice people travelled to experience.

What began with free sessions grew into an international body of work, a large online community and a business generating hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I have dedicated my life to one question:

How do you help emotion move all the way through without losing the person inside the process?

That question became one of the foundations of ERA.

Tim Dajan Thiele

I have been working with human beings for fifteen years.

I worked with children, people with disabilities, psychiatric patients and people approaching the end of life in palliative care.

Across every environment, I kept coming back to the same question:

What actually makes a human being change?

In my mid-twenties, I went through a profound psychological crisis and spiritual awakening while working in a hospice.

At the time, music was my life. I played guitar, drums and sang in five different bands.

I left it behind to pursue another art with the same devotion:

the art of facilitation.

Seven years later, I have worked with around 500 clients, served as Head Facilitator inside one of Germany's largest coaching companies, working with Humanistic and Body Focused modalities.

Since then, I have dedicated my life to studying the mind, body and the structures underneath human transformation.

I read more than a hundred books a year, study across therapeutic traditions and continuously test those ideas in real sessions.

ERA is my attempt to synthesise the best of what these fields understand into one integrated way of working.

Jannick Apitz

I spent years stuck in my head, disconnected from my body. Therapy alone didn't change that. What did was learning to feel what I had been avoiding since childhood — the anger, the grief, all of it.

That discovery sent me down a ten-year path. I trained as an Emotional Release Facilitator, studied psychedelic integration, and supported 300+ clients on their way back to their body.

I helped create the Emotional Release Academy because I saw too many people stuck in the same loop — understanding their pain intellectually without ever releasing what was holding it in place.

Healing means becoming whole.

That's what I teach here.

Andreas Teichrib

I have spent years learning outside the paths trainings usually offer — living with Sufis in Turkey, with nomads in Mongolia, sitting inside their traditions of mysticism and their knowledge of body and spirit.

One of those experiences was going without food and water for an extended period of time. It taught me something no theory could: what actually carries us and what truly nourishes us when everything we normally rely on falls away.

For 14 years I have trained under some of the most profound teachers I could find, in Kinesiology, Energywork, Breathwork, Bodywork and have guided more than 2,000 sessions in the last 12 years.

I help people get in touch with their emotions through the body — moving from survival responses into real choice, softening enough to deepen the relationship they have with themselves.

The body was always the bridge for real connection to ourselves and others.
